The Problem

Our client was not seeing real behavior change in their 3-day ILT or the 2-hour WBT they had developed for their training program. After completing the training, the learners seemed excited, but when they went back to work there was no real behavior change.

 

So, we went to work.

Our Approach

Our instructional designers took the existing training program and created a tactical design of 2-9 minute reinforcement micromodules for a 6-month program. We could see the results with the strategically timed release of 24 reinforcement assets. Our design was a strong mixed modality solution. The assets/micromodules were a blend of WBT, quizzes, challenges, checklists, motion graphics, videos and real-life scenarios.

 

Learners downloaded the app on their phone, received reminders, and continued the learning journey to drive real behavior change. We received overwhelmingly positive feedback on how slick it is to get quick learning bites from the convenience of their phone. It’s all about integrating the training into everyday life.
